Hello!
My name is Manuela Gonnermann.
I'm a fully qualified and insured reflexologist, approved by the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Heathcare Council. I am also on the NHS register of reflexologists. I operate from two studios in Finchley and Crouch End and also offer a home visit service.
I hold a diploma in Reflexology as well as further qualifications in Advanced Facial Reflexology, Advanced Spinal Reflexology, Reflexology for Fertility, Pregnancy, Maternity, Post Natal Care and Menopause, Zone Face Lift.
I first experienced the benefits of reflexology when I was pregnant with my first child, suffering from back pain and mobility issues whilst also juggling the pressures of an extremely demanding job. My back pain eased after just one treatment, and I could immediately see the positive impact it had on my own physical and mental health. There began the start of my reflexology journey which continues today.
Having spent many years running my own business in the city, I have witnessed first-hand how damaging stress can be to our physical and mental health.
Reflexology offers many benefits and has been proven to be an effective way to calm your mind and body and help you in your recovery from illness. At Sanctuary Reflexology I offer you a private space to help you restore your physical and emotional balance.
