Hello!
My name is Manuela Gonnermann.
I'm a fully qualified and insured reflexologist, approved by the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Heathcare Council. I am also on the NHS register of reflexologists. Currently, I operate from two studios in Finchley and Crouch End and offer a home visit service.
I am also part of a team offering reflexology services to patients at University College Hospital in London, ranked in the top 10 globally in their field. It is great to see how complementary therapies are recognised as a valuable tool to support their patients with chronic and acute health conditions as well as those before and after surgery.
My first experience of reflexology was when I was pregnant with my first child, suffering from back pain and mobility issues whilst also juggling the pressures of an extremely demanding job. My back pain eased after just one treatment, and I could immediately see the positive impact it had on my own physical and mental health. There began the start of my reflexology journey which continues today.
I've spent many years working in the City and have witnessed first-hand, how damaging stress, in all its forms, can be to our physical and mental health. It is extremely rewarding for me to be able to offer reflexology as a tool to support my clients and to see how they have benefitted from this therapy.
Reflexology offers a way to calm your mind and body and help you in your recovery from illness and stress. At Sanctuary Reflexology I offer you a private space to help you restore your physical and emotional balance.
